## Description

The works comprise the replacement of the pavilion floor structure\. In particular the existing timber floor structure will be removed, and a concrete slab will be reinstated in its place\. Ancillary works include forming a French drain to the perimeter of the building, the provision of a new surface water infiltration system and alterations to the foul and surface water drainage\.
