## Description

Supply and install a new louvered windows to provide permanent opening vents to the communal areas of Babington and Chancellors\. We are required to mitigate the risk associated with the dispersal of smoke should a fire occur within the building\. This is for the protection of residents as well as to assist the Fire Service\.
