Work description
The Enable Review is required to be completed prior to the end of term of the PFCC and its transfer to the Mayoral Authority. The Assistant Chief Officer of Enable has identified with the Chief Officer team of NYP and NYFRS the requirement to do this review to identify where continuous improvements can be made to the services delivered by Enable North Yorkshire and to focus on future delivery of services.
To review EnableNY to ensure that the delivery of support services to enable operational business to be as efficient and effective as possible and deliver the outcome to all organisations. The review will include consideration of service catalogues, associated service levels and the proposition of collaborative models that would improve service delivery.
The review will deliver an interim report to senior stakeholders in mid March 2024 and the final report with options by the end of April 2024.
