NCC100 Otterburn and Greenhaugh Primary Schools Extensions and Modifications

The works consist of construction works to 2 primary schools in the villages of Otterburn and Greenhaugh in Northumberland.

Each of the schemes require extensions to provide additional classrooms, together with necessary modifications to the existing school buildings and external works. The Otterburn scheme is to be undertaken first and following completion the Greenhaugh scheme can be commenced. NEP0207 Framework for Building Construction Works Lot 1 used for this opportunity
