1-1019 Air Quality Specialist Services - Air Quality Designated Fund Programme

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of programme management support to ongoing delivery programme for the Air Quality Designated Funds as well as support the transition to the second Road Investment Period where air quality is expected to be part of the Environment & Wellbeing Fund.

The aim of this contract is to support Highways England to:

- identify opportunities for appropriate investment of the Air Quality Designated Fund and enable delivery of all funded submissions. - maintain programme plans and documentation to ensure successful commissioning of the programmes or work - monitor progress with implementing those air quality designated funded measures supporting Government's National Air Quality Plan and effective reporting to Office of Road & Rail (ORR).
