However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Trinity House intends to place a framework agreement for the supply of marine chart services to both Trinity House (TH) and the Northern Lighthouse Board (NLB). TH and NLB would then place individual purchase orders against the framework agreement to address their individual demands.
