Description

Wolverhampton Homes have appointed an organisation to conduct Stock Condition Surveys across their estate following a mini competition pursuant to the terms and conditions of the NHMF Frameworx Asset Management Consultancy Services Framework and the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The awarded organisation is required to undertake property condition surveys to the Councils Housing dwellings, to comply with the Regulator for Social Housings Consumer Standards and to provide accurate data to inform the Council's investment Programmes. The scope includes arranging appointments with residents, undertaking visits to individual dwellings and submitting reports and photographs in an agreed digital format.
