Short term consultancy cover to Test Valley Borough Council Design & Conservation Planning & Listed Building Consent Responses

Test Valley Borough Council (local planning authority) wish to appoint independent consultants on a Short Term Contract basis, primarily to provide specialist advice in relation to all types of to Planning & Listed Building Consent applications. The applicants should be able to undertake professional assessments and appraisals of submitted Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent applications, appeals, and enforcement cases for a range of types of development and including major schemes and pre-applications enquiries. Advice provided should enable the LPA to make an informed planning decision in line with national and local planning policies, guidance and legislation and meet its statutory obligations.
