## Description

The Combined Authority is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide a techno-economic detailed design study which will identify the most suitable Shared Ground Loop \(SGL\) design system as well as provide The Combined Authority and Leeds City Council with confidence in cost planning and certainty, and expansion potential\.
