Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) has implemented a FrameworkAgreement of Specialist Consultants with experience in the design of secure accommodation within a mentalhealth context to facilitate delivery of their construction and refurbishment projects in line with their rolling annualcapital programme. CNWL has estates across London and the South East, Surrey and Milton Keynes.The Framework Agreement will be split into the following Lots:Lot 1 - Architectural Framework [Not awarded; subject of separate framework]Lot 2 - Cost Consultancy (including Employers Agent) FrameworkLot 3 - M&E FrameworkLot 4 - Building Surveying Framework.
