## Description

Cheshire East Borough Council in conjunction with NHS Eastern Cheshire CCG are seeking providers of Adult Respite Support \(Residential\) Services & Nursing beds for Intermediate Care\. From 1st Dec\.'18 & 1st Oct\.'18 respectively\. Requirements will be lotted, and agreements will run for 3 years \(with possible extensions for a further 2 x 12 months\) - Lots 1-11, & for 7 months only for Lot 12\.
