## Description

County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service \(CDDFRS\) wish to engage with a supplier of live stream video platform software\. This is for the purpose of being able to view incidents on a live stream basis from the emergency caller and runs alongside the emergency call being made\. The requirements of the platform are as follows: • No app installation required\. • Secure one-time link, sent via text or email to the emergency caller to connect to or ability to access caller's phone camera directly\. • Location of caller to be identified and tracked\. • Voice contact to be maintained while images of the incident are streamed\. • Images/stream can be shared with multiple users\. • Still images to be available in lower coverage areas\. • No data to be taken from the caller's phone\. No data to be stored on the caller's phone\. • Secure cloud hosted service\.
