Live Stream Video Platform Software

County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service (CDDFRS) wish to engage with a supplier of live stream video platform software. This is for the purpose of being able to view incidents on a live stream basis from the emergency caller and runs alongside the emergency call being made. The requirements of the platform are as follows: • No app installation required. • Secure one-time link, sent via text or email to the emergency caller to connect to or ability to access caller's phone camera directly. • Location of caller to be identified and tracked. • Voice contact to be maintained while images of the incident are streamed. • Images/stream can be shared with multiple users. • Still images to be available in lower coverage areas. • No data to be taken from the caller's phone. No data to be stored on the caller's phone. • Secure cloud hosted service.
