Mechanical - Replacement of existing school boiler plant using three wall hung condensing boilers including modification to the pipework and the boiler flue to accommodate the new proposed boilers and the addition of a pressurisation unit and expansion vessel replacing the feed and expansion tank. Electrical - Sockets and wiring to be replaced within school and upgrade existing lighting to LED fittings
