The Evaluation of the MEND/PBIF

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) requires a supplier to provide research and evaluation services in respect of the twin government capital investment programmes known as the Public Bodies Infrastructure Fund (PBIF) and the Museum Estate and Development Fund (MEND), to address the essential maintenance backlogs of national and non-national accredited museums.
