## Description

The supplier is required to support the optimisation of Ofgem's Salesforce Centre of Excellence \(COE\)\. The supplier will require niche expertise in Salesforce and programme delivery, and expertise in optimising internal teams to deliver a programme infrastructure\. The supplier will be expected to take ownership of the Salesforce COE recovery process to ensure accountability and effective implementation\.
