This project involves conversion of bathrooms in various Trust sites including John Howard Centre and Hackney Centre for Mental Health (Homerton) and Mile End Hospital to alternative uses such as Sensory, Staff, Treatment and Store rooms etc; the schemes all occur within secure Mental Health facilities; the envisaged order of construction cost amounts to £300,000; works are to occur within the second quarter of 2020 for a period of approximately 8 weeks; there will it is likely be a requirement for out of hours working (weekends/evenings;
