Disability into Leadership

• To procure the design and facilitation of a bespoke leadership development programme for those with disabilities and long-term health conditions at ONS. • The supplier will design and facilitate (virtually) four 2-hour sessions for the 16 delegates of the programme. In addition, they will facilitate one Line Manager training session, one Disability confidence training session and one Mentor training session. • Experts in Disability Learning is essential for the programme to be credible and effective • Intellectual property rights of the materials developed by Disability Rights UK will remain their own. ONS will only permit delegates of the programme to have ongoing use of the materials on ONS' learning platform.
