## Description

AWP is seeking to procure a partnership with a provider/s to deliver comprehensive flexible support for people leaving psychiatric hospital and moving into 3-4 standalone flats\. The cohort are people with complex psychosis who have had extended and/or repeated stays in inpatient care due to the inability of supported living providers to meet their needs\. This can be for a range of reasons usually relating to complex needs \(e\.g\. co-morbid substance misuse, LD or neurodiversity\) and/or risk \(e\.g\. history of arson, anti-social behaviour\)\.
