Wendron Street Steps - Steel Fabrication

Corserv Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the following under a JCT minor works contract:

The Subcontractor shall provide a copy of fabrication drawings to be issued to the Design Engineer for approval.

Fabrication and application of finishes to all steelwork for the steps, balustrade and handrails.

Installation of structural steel, balustrades and handrails

Supply and Installation of 50mm Thick Precast Concrete Treads Bolted to PFC support channels. Supply and installation of Precast Concrete Landing Units

Installation of lower landing balustrade

Disposal of all waste off-site at the end of the scheme.

Full copy of site records to be issued as per the specification and upon completion for inclusion in the as-built file.

Specific Works Location & Restrictions Restricted access

Footpath to be closed during the works

Cormac to provide required TM

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality and 70% Price.
