Description
FSCS current meeting room facilities consist of twelve enclosed meeting rooms that vary in size, small medium and large. To allow the business to have greater flexibility in relation to private meetings, private space for projects that involve long term meeting room bookings, training, and events FSCS plan to increase meeting room facilities from twelve to sixteen. The existing SCV room that accommodates four people is no longer suitable for Data Team requirements as their headcount and work demands have increased over the past twelve months. The new requirement is to increase the capacity of the existing SCV room to accommodate six people with the flexibility to accommodate eight people in the future. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
