IT Department Decoration and Flooring Replacement

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a contractor to carry our the following works:-replace the flooring to the stair lobby entrance and to all of the 1st floor rooms, replace ceiling tiles where applicable, install new vertical anti ligature blinds to all windows, undertake repair to all windows where springs have failed and windows drop when opened, replace ironmongery to all doors, paint all radiators, make good, prep and paint all walls and woodwork, varnish all doors, replace all lighting for Aurora LED 600x600 PIR panel lights. Removal and reinstallation of second fix equipment, moving of desks to be included in contract. Some out of hours working will be required
