Description
As part of the PATH-SAFE programme, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) is looking to develop a user-friendly platform for the rapid interrogation and archiving of genomic data. To support this the Centre for Genomic Pathogen Surveillance (CGPS) based at the Big Data Institute of the University of Oxford, will provide services for a discovery activity (WS1) - 'to define the current pathogen data landscape, to identify user need and to recommend an implementation plan'.
