## Description

Westminster City Council award of contract for the appointment of a Main Contractor to refurbish Seymour Leisure Centre\. The Main Contractor will work collaboratively with Westminster City Council\. The first stage will comprise a collaborative Pre-Construction Services Agreement \(PCSA\), the second stage will be the award of a main construction contract\. At this stage only the PCSA is guaranteed with the main construction being subject to satisfactory delivery of the PCSA\. Contract Award was made via a competitive call off process via the Southern Construction Framework \(SCF\) - London \(Lot 3\)\. Please note the awarded value on this notice is for the PCSA only\.
