## Description

This was carried out as a single supplier negotiation\. Awarded to DCM Surfaces\. A procurement exercise had been undertaken twice through the Nepo portal\. The first further competition no submissions were received \. A second Tender exercise was undertaken off the framework where the one submission received was over budget and could not be awarded\. therefore we went direct to the surfacing company\.
