## Description

The Councils objective for this procurement is to reopen the standing list for Category 1 and Category 2\. The Autism Education Trust \(AET\) \(Category 3\) is not being reopened during this procurement exercise\. Leicestershire County Council Early Years Inclusion and Childcare Service \(EYICS\) have a statutory duty to secure information, advice and training for specific groups of Early Years and Childcare Providers\. Governor Support and Development \(GSD\) at Leicestershire County Council offers a training and development programme as a traded service for school governors, clerks and trustees who have bought-in to the Councils scheme\.
