## Description

This contract was for the Patient experience service at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust\. As the Trust continues to expand, including introducing a brand new cancer facility, a provider of a patient feedback system and solution for collecting, analysing and reporting information of the Friends and Family Test \(FFT\) was needed\.
