Vevo Standard Protection Service Level Agreement (SLA) Provides customers with complete 36-month coverage for parts, labour, and travel for the Vevo 3100 or Vevo F2 system including related transducers and accessories. - Includes a preventative maintenance visit for the one-year coverage period. - Initial response time via telephone or e-mail is guaranteed within 24 hours. - Includes travel and overtime labour, if required.
