Work description
Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Handrail and Walkway repair works at 1-22 Passmore Liskeard Cornwall, under JCT minor works with contract Design. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
