Description
An inspection undertaken by Westmorland and Furness Council in November 2024 identified several defects to the structure that resulted in an immediate TTRO being implemented to close the U3016 to all traffic. The TTRO is in place until May 2026 and a signed diversion route is also currently in place The contract will be to undertake stitching to the downstream arch barrel along with various masonry repairs to the structure.
