Work description
The provision of Project and Construction Sub-Programme Services for the Harlow Programme. The core services that will be provided as part of this contract are strategic programme management services, programme management delivery, programme and project risk management and reporting, programme planning, schedule management, milestone planning, cost and financial management services, change control management, construction management delivery, construction and estate sustainability, CDM / BIM and account management.
