Humber Court - Replacement Wall and Associated Works

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, Humber Court, Humber Road, Coventry, are seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor for the following works; replacement of defective retaining wall structure and provision of new fenced patio area impacted by the works. To also include the remodelling of surrounding levels including replacing paths a patios affected and minor works to existing drainage.

Response Instructions

Suppliers are invited to submit responses to this opportunity by 12:00 hrs on 30th April 2021 (the "Deadline") in accordance with the provisions of this ITT and Tender Documentation.

All interested Suppliers must provide their submissions via ExtraCare's In-Tend procurement site https://in-tendhost.co.uk/extracare.

Any correspondence from Suppliers relating to the Tender, whether relating to technical, commercial or other issues and including but not limited to technical questions against the specification must be communicated using the In-Tend Correspondence function.
