Construction of a Single storey nursery extension comprising four new classrooms with wet areas, circulation space, toilet areas, disabled toilets, cloakrooms, a baby change, stores and plant room (approx. gross floor area 400m²) including all associated mechanical and electrical installations, drainage and external works.
