In order to improve our governance effectiveness we need to ensure that we have appropriate resources to assist in the effective support and management of board and committee meetings. Abri is seeking a Board Portal specifically designed for not for profit organisations and their board/committee members, executive directors and governance professionals. We require a user-friendly platform that facilitates meetings participation, access to documents and effective collaboration. The functionality of the system needs to support efficient and effective administration.
