1-1039 Concrete Roads Programme - National Team Set Up

Highways England is planning to set up a contract for the provision of services to support and enable the further development and mobilisation of the National Concrete Roads Programme Team. As the National Concrete Programme Definition phase concludes there is now a need to procure additional consultancy support to drive the mobilisation and sustainment of the National Programme team. Highways England do not currently have the resource to undertake this work in-house and therefore technical consultancy support is sought during the interim period until recruitment can be completed.
