## Description

Colchester Borough Homes are seeking an experienced contractor\(s\) to undertake Legionella Risk Assessments, Surveys, Boiler Installation & Remedial Works as required\. The tender has been separated into two lots and tenderers may apply for 1 or both lots\. Lot 1 Legionella Risk Assessments & Surveys, including dosing as necessary\. Lot 2 Boiler Installation, Tank Removal & Remedial Works\. Full details of the work required is detailed within the relevant specifications\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
