GB-Hemel Hempstead: Griffin Fields Heating Works

To replace the existing Electric Storage Heaters System on the Estate (6 Houses & 4 Flats) with a complete Mitsubishi Air Source Heating System. Contractor must be MCS certified. As part of the works the redundant solar panels and associated cabling etc to be removed and disposed to houses 1-4.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
