DWP have several internal resources with expertise in Genesys and DevOps\. However, DWP lack Oracle expertise\. This expertise is requested within this proposal to be able to work with DWP experts so that the environment can be planned, deployed, documented, and architected to suit the modernisation of DWP, in turn providing a full turnkey process of the Oracle SBC's\.
