A call-off from ​Lot A​ of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022).

This following commission (PCI_LotA_013) for the associated Stage 2 activities building on Stage 0/1 and providing input to the Planning Application and needs to cover the following aspects: -

Project Management Transport Planning Flood Modelling and Surface Water Drainage Modelling Air Quality Assessment Acoustic/Noise Modelling Arboriculture Assessment Structural design Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) data

This commission follows on from the Stage 0/1 commission and culminates with the submission of the hybrid planning application - currently planned for June / July 2024
