Description
Manchester Metropolitan University (referred to in this document as "the University", "we" "our" or "Us") is seeking to appoint through a competitive tender process a suitably qualified and experienced provider of a Building Management System. The University has undergone a process of implementing the Cylon Building Management System across our buildings and the Geoffrey Manton building is now the only one not using this system. We require a contractor to supply and install Cylon controllers to replace the current controllers in Geoffrey Manton so that there is consistency across the system. The maintenance of this system will then be carried out by the University in-house. This contract will be owned by the Estates Team within the wider directorate of Estates, Facilities and Capital Development. The University intends to establish a strong relationship with the successful provider built on a culture of constructive challenge, successful delivery and continuous improvement and expects to receive excellent Value for Money from the service provided.
