Work description
Imperial War Museums (IWM) invites suitable expressions of interest from suppliers for the provision of Refurbishment works to the Staff WC's, Staff Lounge and redecoration works to Selected Areas of Churchill War Rooms (CWR).
CWR is a museum in London and one of the five branches of the Imperial War Museum (IWM). Churchill War Rooms (CWR) comprises the Cabinet War Rooms, a historic underground complex that housed a British government command centre throughout the Second World War, and the Churchill Museum, a biographical museum exploring the life of British statesman Winston Churchill.
The Requirement
CWR is seeking pricing from competent companies to undertake the following work:
Part A - Refurbish Staff Lounge including new kitchen, flooring and redecoration Part B - Refurbish Staff Male Toilet including new sanitary ware, flooring and redecoration Part C - Refurbish Staff Ladies Toilet including new sanitary ware, flooring and redecoration Part D - Redecorate walls, ceiling and timberwork surfaces in selected areas
