## Description

Bristol City Council \(Adult Social Care\) want to procure a short \(circa 12 weeks\) piece of consultancy support to engage with the national and local Learning disability and autism provider market\. The work is to develop a proposal for a strategic partnership model\. The work will be to pull in best practice models and innovation that construct a viable commercial framework that is sustainable for the provider market, can produce savings for the council and can maximise service users independence and wellbeing as set out in the care act and the recent white paper on care and health
