## Description

Nottingham City Council seek an organisation to build/expand capacity in local providers, in order to grow local provision for community Short Breaks for children/young people with disabilities\. The prospective Provider will need an understanding of support for children/young people with disabilities and their families\. Community short breaks are defined as • Group activities, which can include evening activities such as youth groups, weekend activities and school holiday clubs\. • One-to-one support • Community Short Breaks do not include overnight breaks\.
