The services to be procured under the DPS are to be as follows - General Building Services Electrical Services Roofing Services Scaffolding Services UPVC Window and Door repair and replacement Drainage Services Clean and Clearance of Void Properties Specialist Damp Works The anticipated total spend across these areas will be in the region of 7,500,000 GBP per annum.
