Work description
Young Carers Activity Coordination. This project identifies and coordinates activities of interest for young carers, requiring flexible personal budget projects to accommodate their need for transport and supervision. Please be advised that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) are applicable to this opportunity.
