## Description

A contract is required for the Consultant to support the Environment Agency in developing outline design, further optioneering and then detailed design for the preferred option, currently selected as a combination of refurbishment of the structure and replacement of the existing MEICA elements to new elements with maximum serviceable life to maintain the current standard of protection\.
