South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust \(SLaM\), with the support of the Lewisham Mental Health Alliance and Southwark Mental Health Alliance, are commissioning a community-based diversion and intervention service that will provide immediate, time-limited crisis resolution support to reduce further deterioration of wellbeing and avoid, when appropriate, admission to hospital\.
