## Description

Brighton & Hove City Council invite bidders to tender for a Corporate Building Cleaning Service\. This tender has been split into 3 Lots\. Lot 1 - Office Buildings and the Brighton Centre\. Lot 2 - Schools\. Lot 3 - Mixed Buildings \(including libraries and sheltered accomodation\)\. Each Lot is worth approximately £700K per year for a duration of 4 years \+ 2 years\. The Council will award to three seperate contractors, one for each Lot\.
