BHCC JY Corporate Cleaning Services - AWARD

Brighton & Hove City Council invite bidders to tender for a Corporate Building Cleaning Service. This tender has been split into 3 Lots. Lot 1 - Office Buildings and the Brighton Centre. Lot 2 - Schools. Lot 3 - Mixed Buildings (including libraries and sheltered accomodation). Each Lot is worth approximately £700K per year for a duration of 4 years + 2 years. The Council will award to three seperate contractors, one for each Lot.
