22 102 Digital Cheshire Summative Assessment

Cheshire East Council wishes to appoint a contractor to evaluate the effectiveness of the Digital Cheshire ERDF project through an ERDF Summative Assessment. A conditional project requirement of the grant recipient is to undertake a summative assessment. We are now seeking to appoint a suitable partner able to provide such a review and be able to report on the findings and carry out a final summative assessment report which will be delivered by 31st May 2023. The Digital Cheshire project aims to provide broadband connectivity support, business support and bespoke business consultancy to encourage and assist SMEs in the Cheshire and Warrington sub-region.
